Layanan Microsoft Seluler adalah sekumpulan layanan seluler yang dimiliki oleh Microsoft dan dibuat spesial untuk perangkat seluler, layanan-layanan ini biasanya ditawarkan melalui aplikasi dan masin pencarian seluler untuk Windows Phone, (sistem operasi) platform, BREW, dan Java. Layanan Microsoft seluler secara khusus dikoneksikan dengan akun Microsoft dan sering muncul dengan Sistem Operasi Microsoft Seluler dengan menawarkan beberapa layanan platform lain. Microsoft memulai pengembangan perangkat seluler ketika peluncuran Windows CE in 1996 dan selanjutnya menambahkan Microsoft's Pocket Office suite untuk Handheld PC mereka pada April 2000.
